Ayala Land Inc. has disbursed a portion of the proceeds in the sale of its The 30th commercial development to AREIT Inc. to four projects as part of its reinvestment plan.
The company said an initial P552.8 million has been released from the P5.1 -billion proceeds in the first quarter.
As of March 31, 2021 the remaining balance of the proceeds from the sale of The30th Commercial development to AREIT Inc., amounts to P4.56 billion.
Ayala Land said it has disbursed P400 million for its masterplanned Tarlac project.
The company l spent P1.37 million for the company’s joint-venture project, Parklinks, with Eton Properties Philippines Corp., also in Pasig.
Ayala Land has disbursed P140.28 million for Gatewalk Central, a mall and office development in Cebu and P11.15 million for its industrial estate in Pampanga.
