Century Properties Group is expanding its premier residential development in San Fernando, Pampanga with the launch of the second phase of Azure North, banking on the prospects of Central Luzon.
Century Properties on February 8 unveiled the Mykonos Tower, the first of the four mid-rise buildings to be built inside 7.8-hectare masterplanned community.
The second phase of Azure North will also feature 49 town villas, according to CPG’s disclosure on February 7.
“This development comes at a time when rapid infrastructure growth is transforming Central and North Luzon,” said Marco Antonio, president and chief executive officer of CPG.
“Azure North is strategically located in the heart of these emerging hubs, offering easy access to key destinations and Metro Manila. This project aligns with the evolving needs of the new generation, and we are confident it will contribute significantly to the growth of Pampanga and Central Luzon. We foresee a future where more premium residential projects like this will be built outside NCR (National Capital Region),” he added.
CPG said in the disclosure it is investing P1.2 billion in capital expenditures for Mykonos. The total sales projections for thus development is at P2.7 billion.
In a statement released also on February 8, Century Properties said the launch of the second phase follows the success of Resort Residences at Azure North, comprising three high-rise towers.
The 12-story Mykonos combines tropical design within modern living spaces. This new phase also brings a collection of exciting amenities, designed to make every day feel like a vacation.

Century Properties said Mykonos Tower is inspired by the beautiful Greek island destination and continues the tradition set by the developer by naming the first three towers after top beach destinations.

The mid-rise development consists of 374 units offering 34 units per floor and provides a variety of spacious unit layouts that range from 26 to 28 square meters (sq.m.) for studio, and 44 sq.m. for one-bedroom catering to different family sizes and preferences.

CPG is investing 215 million for the Azure North Waterpark.
