Cebu Pacific (PSE:CEB), the Philippines’ leading airline, is excited to announce the launch of direct flights between Manila and Sapporo, starting January 16, 2025. This new route will be the only direct connection between these two cities, enhancing travel options for those eager to explore Sapporo’s winter wonders.
Beginning January 16, CEB will operate flights three times a week—every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. This service will significantly reduce travel time to approximately five hours, compared to the typical ten hours required with layovers on other airlines.
The introduction of the Manila-Sapporo route allows Filipino travelers to experience popular winter activities such as the renowned Sapporo Snow Festival in February, snowboarding at Teine Ski Resort, and relaxing at Jozankei Onsen. These offerings make Sapporo an attractive destination for winter sports enthusiasts and those seeking a unique cultural experience.
Travelers can book their flights using existing Travel Funds and enjoy various payment options, including credit or debit cards and e-wallets.
