The international arm of PLDT Inc. has signed a strategic agreement with Saudi-based technology firm, stc Group, to deliver a seamless international voice service for overseas Filipino workers and its enterprise clients.
Under the partnership, stc Group’s position as the exclusive voice traffic aggregator for PLDT leverages the Group’s 25 years of experience in voice wholesale traffic aggregation, globally recognized international business relationships, state-of-the-art facilities, and international networks spreading across Europe, Africa and Asia.

The partnership will implement advanced technologies to mitigate common issues such as call drops and voice distortion, ultimately providing an improved communication experience.
