PH1 World Developers Inc. said it looks to realize P11 billion in sales in two projects which will “disrupt” the horizontal and vertical property developments in Greater Manila Area.
A unit of construction firm Megawide Construction Corp., PH1 has unveiled the 337-unit Northscapes San Jose Del Monte (SJDM), Bulacan, the developer’s initial foray into horizontal development.
PH1 eyes to generate sales of P1.9 billion in the project that is being developed under PH1 subsidiary PH1WD Landscapes. Units in two- and three-bedroom configurations – are priced between P3 million and P8 million.
“With a land area of more than 46,000 sq m., Northscapes will be an energy efficient community with PH1’s exclusive green home technologies: SolarSave solar panels, ResiShade tinted windows and Tropicool insulated walls,” the company said.
“Landscapes SJDM is our foray into horizontal development. We want to show that a sustainable, green lifestyle is accessible to every Filipino at any market segment. Through Megawide’s engineering technologies such as precast, we can ensure higher quality, consistency, and durability in terms of construction,” said Eric Gregor Tan, PH1WD Landscapes general manager.
Tan said with SolarSave, all units in Northscapes will be equipped with 2.25 KW capacity solar panels.
“Streetlights and amenities will also be solar powered. Units consist of the single-attached Elia, the townhouse end-unit Salana, and the middle unit townhouse called Alba,” he said.
Tan said PH1WD Landscapes is also looking at developments in Trece Martires, Cavite and in the Visayas, particularly in Cebu.
Meanwhile, PH1 is looking to generate sales of P8.7 billion from its Modan Lofts Ortigas Hills, PH1WD’s high- rise development that promises to offer “extra space at no extra cost” to buyers.
Located in Taytay, Rizal, Modan has 986 residential units in a lot area of around 16,500 sq.m. Units range from studio, one- and two- bedrooms, and are priced from P5 million to P10 million, the company said.
Spike Ching, PH1WD assistant vice president for project development, said the “extra space” is made possible through the company’s AddLoft Technology, developed in partnership with Megawide, which was introduced into PH1’s prior vertical project, My Enso Lofts in Timog, Quezon City.
“AddLoft increases the total volume of livable space by up to 38 percent through a specific loft structure that maximizes the high ceilings of each unit. It offers residents the freedom to customize their living spaces and maximize functionality in each unit based on their needs and lifestyle,” Ching said.
