Megaworld Corp. is now selling commercial lots in its 462-hectare mixed-use Paragua Coastown in San Vicente, Palawan.
Prices start at P13 million.
The realtor is offering 240 lots in the development’s Mercato Shophouse District (129 lots) and Porto Hotel District (111 lots), materials obtained by Malaya Business Insight showed.
Lots in Porto Hotel District measure between 450 square meters (sq.m.) and 1,041 sq.m. while those in Mercato Shophouse District are between 263 sq.m. and 595 sq.m.
In December, Megaworld said it looks to generate P5 billion in sales from the two districts which are interconnected to each other.
JR Abustan, Megaworld Palawan head of sales and marketing, said the area is part of the long beach area of San Vicente designated as a Tourism Enterprise Zone.
The Mercato Shophouse District and Porto Hotel District will have direct access to San Vicente Town Proper and the San Vicente Airport via the municipal and coastal roads that traverses the township, Abustan said.
