The eGovPH Super App has reached more than 13 million users as of June 2025—a 44 percent jump from 9 million recorded as of end-2024, the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) reported on Sunday.
Since its launch, the app has facilitated over 150 million transactions, consolidating essential services from both national and local agencies.
Through this single, secure platform, users can now access digital ID, healthcare, travel permits, public safety tools, and more, it said.
At the heart of this ecosystem is the e-Government Data Exchange (eGovDX), which connects more than 1,000 government services and has processed more than 500 million transactions.
Both platforms has received top honors at the GovMedia Awards 2025 in Singapore: E-Governance Project of the Year – eGovPH Super App and Digital Transformation of the Year – eGovDX.
The DICT said these accolades reflect the government’s commitment to streamlining public service, a core pillar of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s vision for a digitally empowered citizenry.
DICT Undersecretary for E-Government David Almirol Jr. said the mission goes beyond cutting wait times.
“People need to feel that the government is working for them. That means faster service, zero lines, and more transparency,” he said.
A key enabler of the platform’s secure services is the National ID system, now covering 87 percent of Filipino citizens.
For DICT, the work is far from over.
“The job isn’t done,” Almirol added. “This is about building a government that works better for every Filipino, every day.”
