The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) has once again been certified as a Great Place To Work, valid from April 2024 to April 2025.
This makes DTI the Philippines’ sole government agency to receive such recognition.
The DTI had a 99.8 percent participation rate to the 2023 Employee Experience Survey (EES)
Antoniette Talosig, managing partner at Great Place to Work Philippiness, said the EES showed a staggering 91 percent of the DTI employees take immense pride in their work and their contributions to their community guided by the mantra “Serbisyong Higit pa sa Inaasahan.”
