“We have done our soft opening and since then Toujours has continued to receive and assist clients
virtually and in person by special appointments with all their travel needs,” shares Abigail, the company’s
CEO, President and Founder.
What makes this venture unique is the deeply personal journey behind it. After undergoing open-heart
surgery herself, Abigail experienced firsthand how challenging travel can become with health
considerations. Combined with witnessing her mother and mother-in-law struggle with limited mobility,
these experiences sparked her vision for truly inclusive travel services.
“We love traveling for many reasons and we want our loved ones to travel with us, including those
having physical challenges, and limited mobility,” Abigail explains. “So, we decided that with Toujours, no
one is left behind. Lahat kasama sa saya at sa byahe.”
Her partnership with Jhona, now the company’s Chief Operating Officer, blossomed from a virtual
professional relationship into a powerful business synergy when they finally met face-to-face in 2024.
Drawing from over two decades in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry—where she
conducted global quality audits and developed systems for startups later acquired by Fortune 100
companies—Abigail brings exceptional attention to detail and quality assurance to every travel package.
Her corporate expertise translates perfectly to crafting flawless travel experiences.
“Traveling with babies and young children, with elderly individuals, or people with special needs requires
careful planning and consideration,” she notes. “To make this possible, we partner with suppliers and
other players in the industry to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable journey for everyone.”
Beyond specialized accessibility packages, Toujours offers comprehensive travel services including airline
ticketing, custom tours, and visa assistance. The company’s growth trajectory includes plans for a Cebu
City office by year-end and a California branch in early 2026.
