Located inside the Winford Resort & Casino Manila, this dining destination promises an authentic Japanese experience that seamlessly blends tradition with innovation, setting a new standard for Japanese cuisine in the city.
Spearheaded by owner Robert L. Yupangco and renowned partner Chef Koichi Suzuki, Jinsei aims to elevate the art of Japanese dining.
The carefully curated menu features a wide array of meticulously crafted sushi, from classic nigiri to inventive rolls, alongside a selection of delectable yakitori, grilled to perfection over traditional charcoal.
