A new era of hospitality is coming to the bustling area of Pasay City in the form of Lanson Place Mall of Asia, Manila.

As part of the SM Hotels and Conventions Corp. (SMHCC) collaboration, Lanson Place Personal Hotels & Residences (Lanson Place) is finally bringing its expertise in personal hotels and serviced residences to Metro Manila.

Currently, the SMHCC portfolio is comprised of ten (10) hotel properties with a combined inventory of more than 2,600 rooms and over 42,000 sqm. of leasable convention space. Aside from Lanson Place Mall of Asia, the list of properties under SMHCC includes Taal Vista Hotel, Pico Sands Hotel, Conrad Manila, Radisson Blu Cebu, Park Inn by Radisson Clark, Park Inn by Radisson Davao, Park Inn by Radisson Iloilo, Park Inn by Radisson North EDSA, Park Inn by Radisson Bacolod, and the SMX Convention Centers and trade halls.

With an expanding array of properties throughout Asia, such as Hong Kong, Shanghai, Kuala Lumpur, and Singapore, Lanson Place Mall of Asia is set to continue the operator’s commitment to providing its guests with a distinct haven away from home.

The property features over 247 hotel rooms and 142 serviced residences.

Lanson Place is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wing Tai Properties Limited (Wing Tai), a publicly listed company in Hong Kong. Wing Tai currently manages 6 properties under the Lanson Place brand, comprising luxury Personal Hotels and Residences in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Kuala Lumpur, and Singapore, as well as two new properties in Manila and Melbourne.

Lanson Place provides comfortable, personal sanctuaries for short-stay and extended-stay guests at central locations in major global cities.
