The New Year’s set menu for lunch and dinner at Connect Lounge, featuring either Herb-Crusted Lamb Rack with Cranberry Risotto and Mint Sauce or Hot Smoked Chilean Sea Bass with Fennel Confit and Mashed Potato as the main dish, may be booked ahead of its availability on December 30 and 31.
From December 19 to January 3, guests can also look forward to special holiday set menus prepared with artistry and mastery by Lung Hin’s expert culinary team led by executive chef Ken Leung.
These set menus feature some of the award-winning Cantonese restaurant’s specialties such as the Wok-Fried Tiger Prawns with Vegetable in XO Sauce, Sautéed Sliced Abalone with Fresh Scallops and Vegetables, and Crispy Roasted Baby Duck in Black Pepper Sauce.
