FREIA, the new luxury residential beachfront condominium development at Pico de Loro Cove, Hamilo Coast, will treat its homeowners to prime views of the seas and mountains along with exclusive amenities set up for them.

Antonio Felix Ortiga, assistant vice president for Project Development Operations at SM Prime Holdings Inc.-Costa del Hamilo Inc., said the new property, named after one of the birds that can be found in abundance at the cove, will have 223 units, of which 214 are two-bedroom units and nine are three-bedroom unit penthouses.

Because Freia is stepping up, Ortiga said each unit will have expansive, fitted-out living spaces with high quality fixtures such as air-conditioning units, refrigerator, cooktop, range hood and water heaters. These will help future homeowners move in faster and experience convenient and elevated lifestyle.

“Prices of (Freia) units start at a minimum of P11 million and the penthouses go all the way up to P40-50 million,” Ortiga said, adding the new property eyes individuals with high net worth including young families, retirees and repeat buyers.

Approximately 50 percent of the units are sold to date.

Around 25 to 30 percent of existing buyers are foreigners like Americans, Canadians, Austrian, German and British.

According to Ortiga, the new property serves different markets — some want to be closer to the action and amenities, while others put a premium on the view of the sea and mountains to feel the serenity and see nature at its best.

In terms of complete land- and sea-based amenities in the property, “we find ways to get it all for you,” Ortiga said.

It is closest to Pico Beach which boasts of white sand and pristine waters.

The property has integrated sustainable green building strategies and kept the trees in the area. “They will serve as homeowners’ natural shade when they come out of the pool,” Ortiga said.

Other sustainable efforts include rainwater harvesting, waste segregation, recycling, provision for sewage treatment plants and processing of vermicompost.

Freia at Pico de Loro is situated within Hamilo Coast in Brgy. Papaya, Nasugbu, Batangas.

It is only a 90-minute drive via the Cavite expressway and Ternate-Nasugbu road.
