This new partnership with AdventEnergy marks Discovery Primea’s transition from the captive power market to the competitive retail electricity space—an important step toward long-term cost efficiency and energy resilience. Under the agreement, AdventEnergy will deliver customized energy solutions tailored to the property’s needs, including reliable power supply and value-added services.
Discovery Primea hotel and residences join a growing roster of premium commercial establishments that are leveraging the Energy Regulatory Commission’s Customer Choice Programs for improved service and operational advantage. The collaboration also includes an Electrical Thermography Service—a non-invasive diagnostic tool that detects potential electrical faults using thermal imaging, helping the property prevent issues before they occur.
