SM Hotels and Conventions Corporation’s Park Inn by Radisson Davao is about to transform your Sunday brunch expectations in celebration of the first ever Davao Food & Wine Festival.

Presenting the Boozy Brunch — a feast that melds the culinary genius of acclaimed chefs with an array of specially crafted wines and cocktails.

Chef Jayme Natividad of Taal Vista Hotel masterfully crafts dishes like Carbonara with Etag and the tantalizing Gensan Tuna Nií§oise.  Chef Pauline Benedicto of Mr&Mrs B and Rekado Davao brings forth the delectable Smoked Salmon Croustades and Tuna Toastada. Chef Garet, Davao’s chef consultant and caterer, will fascinate taste buds with her rendition of Beef Wellington Bites with Kangkong Pesto.

For those with a sweet tooth or even if you normally don’t enjoy sweets, Dulce Desserts promises an irresistible Truffle, Honey & Brie Croissant and Mango Cashew Cheesecake that’s bound to make a mark.

To wash down these delicacies, guests can indulge in handpicked libations from Davao Wines, Cimem, and the exquisite Luisita Rum.

Davao Food & Wine Festival is a partnership with the Department of Tourism. Over the course of seven days, the festival will feature a collection of pocket events, each offering a unique culinary experience that showcases the culinary talents and local ingredients that make Davao City and Samal Island a food lover’s paradise.
