THE Covenant Car Company, Inc. (TCCCI) announced that the sixth-generation Camaro would be the final edition of this iconic nameplate. The announcement echoes the one made by General Motor’s factory at the Lansing Grand River in Michigan, that the current sixth-generation Chevy Camaro will sunset after the 2024 model year.
The last Camaro will roll off the line in January 2024. The now limited opportunity for enthusiasts to own this American muscle car has made it even more desirable.
In the Philippines, the Camaro has gained a devoted following among sports car enthusiasts who appreciate its power, agility, and striking presence. Filipinos are particularly interested in acquiring the “last Camaro” due to its significance as the final model of its kind, solidifying its status as a coveted collector’s item.
Recognizing the historical importance of this moment, Chevrolet Philippines has issued a final call for interested buyers to own this legendary icon. The Philippine market will receive the last batch of the sixth-generation Camaro, which is priced at P4,266,888. Reservations are now being accepted at all 19 dealerships nationwide.

The Camaro’s legacy dates back to its inception in 1967 as a response to public demand for a powerful street machine capable of excelling on the racetrack. Over the years, the Camaro has established itself as a timeless nameplate with performance and style deeply ingrained in its DNA. Chevrolet has consistently showcased the Camaro’s racing prowess in various motorsport series, including NASCAR, IMSA, SRO Motorsports Group, NHRA, and the Supercars Championship.
Beyond the automotive world, the Camaro has also become a prominent figure in popular culture. Most notably, the fifth-generation Camaro gained widespread recognition as the beloved character Bumblebee in Michael Bay’s Transformers film series. The Camaro has appeared in numerous movies, TV programs, and music videos, cementing its status as an automotive pop culture icon.
The sixth-generation Camaro upholds the legacy of its predecessors by boasting impressive power and an unmistakable design. It features a bold, sculpted hood, distinctive LED headlamps, and 20-inch machined wheels that exude an imposing character, capturing attention wherever it goes.

Under the hood, the Camaro is equipped with a 2.0L Turbo Intercooled All-Aluminum engine that delivers 275 hp and 398 Nm of torque, paired with an 8-speed paddle-shift automatic transmission and a high-performance Brembo Brake package for a spirited and confident driving experience.
The interior of the Camaro is designed with the driver’s comfort and convenience in mind, featuring sport bucket seats with power adjust and memory function, an 8-inch driver information center, and an 8-inch MyLink Infotainment System with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
Additionally, the car is equipped with a Head-Up display that projects driving data near the line of sight on the windshield, creating a digital pit crew experience. Advanced safety and driver assistance technologies, such as the StabiliTrak System, ABS, EBD, Lane Change Alert, Side Blind Zone Alert, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, TPMS, rear parking sensors, and a built-in reverse camera, further enhance the overall driving experience and safety of the Camaro.
