The next-generation MG ZS compact SUV was unveiled on July 3 by MG Motor Philippines, the official distributor of MG in the country. The new ZS embodies what MG drum beaters call a new global design identity, incorporating the signature “Connected Hunter Eyes” LED headlamps, aggressive fascia, and sculpted body.

MG claims that every detail was engineered to meet international standards of style, safety, and performance.

Compared to its predecessor, the new ZS is longer (4430 mm vs. 4323 mm), wider (1818 mm vs. 1809 mm), and taller (1653 mm vs. 1635 mm), offering more space with a stronger, sleeker, and more prominent look.

The overall interior room has been significantly increased, and visibility has been improved with reduced blind spots.

MG claims that the longer wheelbase (2,610 mm vs. 2,580 mm) offers a smoother and more comfortable ride without sacrificing agility, maneuverability, and control.

The new MG compact SUV is designed to meet European safety and technical standards, featuring world-class details. It is equipped with all-wheel disc brakes, ESP electronic stability program, advanced driver assistance options, intelligent hybrid technology, and future-ready features.
