Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) brought its 4×4 Action Playground to SM Lanang Davao last weekend to introduce the 2024 Isuzu D-MAX to the Mindanao market. The event featured an interactive mall display and a, providing potential customers with a comprehensive experience of the vehicle’s capabilities and features.
IPC Executive Vice President Shojiro Sakoda led the initiative, emphasizing the company’s commitment to bringing its products closer to customers across the country. He acknowledged the positive reception of the new D-MAX model in other regions and expressed confidence in its suitability for Mindanao’s provincial roads and mountainous terrains.
The event commenced with a performance by singer/DJ Sam Concepcion, setting a lively atmosphere for the vehicle display. Isuzu also took the opportunity to formally acknowledge its first three 2024 D-MAX customers on stage.
The centerpiece of the event was the Isuzu 4×4 Action Playground, a specially designed test course showcasing the D-MAX’s enhanced off-road and safety features. Participants could experience the vehicle’s capabilities on challenging obstacles such as the 4×4 hydraulic ramp, articulated ramps, side cambers, and a forward collision wall.
To further incentivize potential buyers, Isuzu offered special discounts and promotions for event attendees. Those who participated in test drives during the event could receive additional cash discounts or fuel/parts coupons upon purchasing a new Isuzu D-MAX within a specified period.
The 2024 Isuzu D-MAX boasts several upgrades, including a new Differential Lock system and Rough Terrain mode, enhancing its off-road performance. It also features a 360-degree Around View Monitor and Digital Video Recorder for improved safety. These enhancements reflect Isuzu’s commitment to evolving its products to meet the demands of modern consumers who prioritize both durability and advanced technology.
