Zero-Ten Park yesterday announced the opening of its newest coworking hub in Legazpi Village, operated as Zero-Ten Park Makati on the 11th floor of Frabelle Business Center. The site connects Manila’s business community to Zero-Ten Park’s network across Japan, the United States, Vietnam, Singapore, and the Philippines.
In a statement released September 16, Zero-Ten Park Makati said the facility is designed for startups, creatives, BPO teams, and multinational companies seeking a coworking space for rent in Makati that goes beyond desks and Wi-Fi.
With private offices, coworking areas, event spaces, and innovation programs, the new hub extends Zero-Ten’s growing international ecosystem into the country’s financial capital.
“Opening in Makati gives founders, creatives, and global teams a platform that moves work forward,” said Listerlynn Joy Garingo-Dela Serna, general manager of The Company Philippines. “Members receive more than a seat. They gain access to mentors, market entry support, and warm introductions across our network.”
“Makati strengthens the corridor between Japan and Southeast Asia,” added Masaki Suguro, CEO of Zero-Ten Park Philippines. “We are building reliable, hospitality-grade work hubs that help companies scale with confidence.”
From Cebu to Makati
Makati consistently ranks as the nation’s top CBD, with the highest concentration of headquarters, banks, embassies, and office space for rent in Makati.
Within Makati, Legazpi Village offers a balance: highly connected yet calmer than Ayala Avenue or Salcedo. Surrounded by cafés, cultural spots, and wellness spaces, it’s ideal for hybrid workers and creative professionals seeking both focus and community.
Built for how teams work
Whether you’re a freelancer seeking a productive workspace, a startup in need of a private office, or a multinational company requiring a branded space, the Zero-Ten Park hub adapts to your needs.
Private offices, hot desks, and hybrid setups give individuals and teams the choice to scale up or down as projects evolve. For larger enterprises, build-to-suit offices allow for customized layouts or fully branded environments.
There are also dedicated focus pods and telework rooms, built for distraction-free productivity.
When collaboration or celebration is on the agenda, members can move into meeting rooms and event spaces equipped with enterprise-grade connectivity and tools for both in-person and virtual gatherings.
Programs that turn spaces into outcomes
Aside from providing workspaces, members have access to operator-led programs and services designed to help build their capacity, and network:
The Startup Incubation Program, developed in partnership with Startup Island PH and the producers of Fukuoka Growth Next, connects founders to mentorship, resources, and networks that accelerate early-stage companies into sustainable businesses.
