One Delta Terraces, the newest project of DMCI Homes in Quezon City, said it is set to turn over units to home owners starting November 2029.
DMCI Homes said in a statement the 57-storey condominium, launched in August 2024, is set to become a landmark at the intersection of West and Quezon avenues.
One Delta Terraces to pay homage to the old Delta Theater that used to call the location on West avenue home, the company said,
One Delta Terraces was designed with a terraced garden climbing up its podium façade, introducing a vibrant green presence against the urban backdrop.
DMCI Homes said the development is in line with Quezon City’s reputation as the “green lung of Metro Manila.”
The vertical gardens and integrated green spaces add to the city’s efforts to weave more natural elements into its increasingly modern landscape, it added.
In designing One Delta Terraces, DMCI Homes said the company’s Concepts and Landscape Management Department incorporated green architectural elements including DMCI Homes’ signature Lumiventt® Technology, open spaces, and eco-friendly systems like rainwater harvesting.
