Ayala Land is focused on building communities that will thrive with evolving urban landscapes.
Through Vermosa, for example, it is fostering a sustainable environment in the South. From retail shops to community centers, sports hubs and new landmark infrastructures, Vermosa boasts a future-ready home for families, professionals, athletes, visitors, and many more.
Recently, Ayala Malls Vermosa opened its doors. The 41,000-square meter shopping center houses retail, dining, entertainment, and other lifestyle establishments.
Last December, several stores opened its doors: Mesa, Nono’s, Morning After, Krispy Kreme, Ni Hao, Pancake House, Ebi 10, Auntie Anne’s, Jco, Shakey’s, Denny’s, Serenitea, and Watsons.
Aiming to provide a holistic mall experience, Ayala Malls Vermosa also opened a Calisthenics Center and a Dog Park to promote a more active lifestyle.
This complements Vermosa Campus Town, the estate’s contemporary urban district known for its refreshing landscapes, ultra-wide pedestrian walkways, pocket parks with performance areas, and retail shops.
Vermosa also expanded its retail offerings with new standalone stores like Burger King, Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, Army Navy, Chowking, and Jollibee.
The Vermosa Transport Terminal will soon be added and connected to Ayala Malls Vermosa to make commuting convenient for residents and visitors. Membership shopping Landers Superstore will open within the year.
Situated in Daang Hari road in Dasmariñas and Imus City in Cavite, Vermosa offers businesses various transportation access.
Road infrastructure is underway with the Malagasang Flyover & CALAX Imus Exit scheduled for completion in 2024. This will enhance Vermosa’s existing connectivity routes, which include the Skyway Extension-MCX-Daang Hari route from Makati and the CAVITEX-Aguinaldo from Pasay.
Further strengthening community life in Vermosa is a dedicated 115 kV-34.5kV Meralco substation within the estate. This will guarantee a smooth flow of electricity for Vermosa dwellers, whether residential or the commercial and industrial establishments catering to the retail, sports and leisure and office.
The Philippine Red Cross Vermosa and the Vermosa Church are scheduled for groundbreaking in 2024.
Vermosa has a state-of-the-art sports facility, the Ayala Vermosa Sports Hub (AVSH), which is a one-stop shop for seasoned and aspiring athletes.
The Athlete’s House, which held its soft opening in December, is a two-storey, 30-bedroom accommodation hub complete with 24/7 WiFi access and fully airconditioned units, smart television, 24/7 security and CCTV cameras, roof deck bar, athletes’ lounge, accredited nutritional meal plan providers, and free use of the gym, pool, and track oval.
