Lamudi’s The Outlook 2022: Philippine Real Estate Awards returns this year by recognizing outstanding real estate developers across the country.
The real estate platform presented 23 awards with five Grand Awards given to recognize 2022’s Best Boutique Developers and Best Developers in Luzon and Visayas and Mindanao, along with the Personality of the Year for 2022.
Luzon’s Boutique Developer of the Year was awarded to Landco Pacific Corp. while Primeworld Land Holdings, Inc. won the Boutique Developer of the Year for Visayas and Mindanao.
Alveo Land Corp. bagged the Developer of the Year for Luzon. Visayas and Mindanao’s Developer of the Year went to AboitizLand Inc.
May Rodriguez, president of Subdivision and Housing Developers Association and chief operating officer of BellaVita Land Corp., is The Outlook 2022: Philippine Real Estate Awards’ Personality of the Year.
The award ceremonies were held last September 27, 2022, at Shangri-La The Fort i, Taguig.
