Sta. Lucia Land is strengthening its foothold in North and Central Luzon as it continues to deliver projects in the regions.
Exequiel Robles, Sta. Lucia Land president, said the company has projects in Bulacan, Pampanga, Tarlac, Subic and as far as Ilocos–all of which are sure to benefit from the government’s push to bring business and spur economic activity outside Metro Manila.
“We are seeing the value of what the government is doing, of bringing progress and economic activity outside of Metro Manila. We believe that through such initiative and the continuous implementation of the Build, Build, Build Program, inclusive growth can be achieved,” Robles said
Among Sta. Lucia’s developments include El Pueblo Verde located in Gerona, Tarlac; Belvedere at Colinas Verdes in Bulacan; and Woodside Garden Village in Urdaneta, Pangasinan, among others.
El Pueblo Verde is a masterplanned community that offers the ambience of country living yet is near schools, churches, clinics, parks, commercial centers and the Gerona Municipal Hall. It comes with amenities such as the clubhouse with swimming pool, basketball, tennis and badminton courts, a children’s playground, etc.
Belvedere is located inside Colinas Verdes Residential Estates and Country Club in Bulacan which is a five- to 10-minute drive to various establishments and civic buildings. Colinas Verdes assures residents of security through its guardhouse and perimeter fence around the property, while also offering enjoyable amenities, such as swimming pools, tennis courts and jogging paths.
The Woodside Garden Village in Urdaneta, Pangasinan is a California-inspired community.
The masterplanned development has tree-lined avenues, pocket parks and playgrounds, a fishing lagoon and flower pads. Amenities include a twin tennis courts, a junior Olympic-sized swimming pool, basketball court, and a clubhouse with aballroom and function rooms.
“But while there are a number of high quality residential developments in the region, it can’t be denied that what truly makes the area enticing to investors and homebuyers is the upcoming completion of key infrastructure projects such as the expansion of the Clark International Airport in Pampanga, and the Manila-Clark Railway Project,” Robles said.
