Sta. Lucia Land, a subsidiary of Sta. Lucia Group, has tied up with Enderun Hotels for hotel management and consultancy services for SotoGrande properties in Baguio and Palawan.
With this collaboration, Enderun Hotels, a division of Enderun Colleges, undertakes the pre-opening and full management of the daily operations of both properties.
The hospitality management solutions provider will also oversee the overall strategic direction of the two properties and supervise SotoGrande Baguio and Palawan’s sales, marketing, and revenue management.
SotoGrande Baguio, an eight-storey property in Leonard Wood road known as the “Millionaire’s Row” or the Forbes Park of Baguio, is situated at the city’s greenest and most forested area outside of the well-known Camp John Hay. It is close to many commercial establishments such as the Baguio Country Club and SM City Baguio, and schools like Brent International School, University of the Philippines Baguio, and Saint Louis University. It has 188 rooms, two meeting rooms, and offers a bar and a restaurant.
SotoGrande Palawan is a top-tier business hotel situated in Puerto Princesa City. It is a six-storey development with a total of 147 units rising on a 1,020 square meter lot area. The property is a part of Catalina Lake Residences, the first lake community in the city and a master-planned project by Sta. Lucia Land located along the National Highway in Brgy. Tagburos.
According to Jayson Robles, Project Development Head of Sta. Lucia Land, “We are excited to work with Enderun Hotels and see SotoGrande Baguio and Palawan reach greater heights. We believe that the service, leadership, and integrity that we incorporate into our projects will resonate with the exceptional guest experience that Enderun Hotels can only provide as we continue to work towards providing a legacy through strategic land developments and expanding quality projects.”
SotoGrande Palawan and Baguio are the sixth and seventh properties built under the SotoGrande Group. Other hotels are located in Cebu, Iloilo, Davao, Neopolitan (Fairview), Katipunan, and Batangas. SotoGrande Palawan and Baguio are set to launch this year.
