Sta. Lucia Marketing, the marketing arm of Sta. Lucia Land Inc. (SLLI) will hold Lake Fest Adventure to showcase Las Colinas, its lake community project in Davao City, on May 3.
In a statement, Sta. Lucia said Las Colinas forms part of Sta. Lucia Land’s portfolio of over 40 residential and leisure developments across Davao and South Cotabato.
In addition to its lake and lighthouse, the community features a clubhouse, swimming pool, and recreational amenities.
Located in Eden Davao, Las Colinas is minutes away from several nature attractions such as Catigan View Deck, Tagurano Haven, Viper’s Peak, and Battlefield Peak, SLLI said.
Meanwhile, SLLI said unit 1 Premiere Land Marketing has officially unveiled its newest sales and field office located within Sta Monica Lake Residences in Manaoag, Pangasinan.
The opening ceremony held last March 29, 2025 served to showcase Sta Monica Lake Residences.
