Luxury real estate developer Filinvest Prestige will offer a new village experience to residents of its latest project, Brentville International Community, a self-contained masterplanned community in Laguna.
The project has specifically-crafted living spaces and leisure concepts.

Brentville has made key upgrades. The main entryway is now lined with shade trees and has a lush landscape. The main village gates have also undergone a major facelift and a new color scheme.
The Village Front’s new retail development was designed by H1 Architecture and landscaped by AECOM. In keeping with Filigree’s commitment to sustainable green living, lush, open spaces and walkable areas will be well integrated into the modern design.
Residential clusters under Brentville will include The Meridien, Sunshine Palace, West Parc and Woodmore Spring. Prominence II will have townhomes and single-detached homes while The Arborage at Brentville offers residential properties.
The community is home to Brent International School and is close to lifestyle malls, universities, hospitals and other medical establishments. Facilities and amenities include the main pool, infinity pool, kiddie pool, basketball court, tennis court, playground, and jogging trail.
Brentville is situated right after Mamplasan Exit and is a 10-minute drive from Filinvest Alabang, and a 20-minute drive from Makati City via Skyway and the South Luzon Expressway.
