ROCKWELL Land Corp. has expanded the development in its Rockwell Land South at Carmelray in Laguna, opening to the market new lots that are estimated to generate at least P1.9 billion in sales.
The expansion forms part of the development’s cluster 6A composed of 46 exclusive house and lots, with an introductory price of around P41.22 million per lot, industry materials showed.
Rockwell Land is offering to the market two designs for the new Rockwell South at Carmelray cluster, Azotea and Kolonet. These have upgraded features like solar power and premium kitchen countertops, among others.
Rockwell South at Carmelray is a sprawling 60-hectare master planned gated community in Canlubang, Calamba, Laguna, which the realtor promotes for its short travel time to Makati City with its multiple access routes like the Southern Luzon Expressway and the Calamba-Laguna Expressway.
Rockwell South at Carmelray has dedicated areas for parks, courts, lawns and more, encompassing over 3 hectares of recreational space designed to promote and facilitate outdoor activities.
