RLC Residences hosted a Welcome Home thanksgiving event last October through its first-ever Broker’s Gala held at the Blue Leaf Cosmopolitan, Quezon City.
Attended by top brokers in the country, the exclusive welcome gala became an opportunity to meet and get to know more about the brand and its standout property portfolio.
“We first introduced RLC Residences to the public in the first quarter of 2021, so we still consider ourselves a new brand. And with this gathering, we hope to start building good relationships with the elite brokers in the country and eventually work with them as we continue to Raise, Live, and Connect,” said John Richard Sotelo, RLC Residences senior vice president and business unit general manager.
Frederick Go,
Robinsons Land Corp. president and chief executive officer also graced the event to meet with almost a hundred brokers during the event.
Introducing RLC Residences to the brokers, Sotelo led the unveiling of the brand story video.
Igniting the Raise, Live, and Connect spirit to brokers in the event, RLC Residences head of Business Development and Design Stephanie Anne Go put a spotlight on the properties that best represent the brand proposition, purpose and values: The beautifully designed building of The Residences at The Westin Manila Sonata Place and the elevated master planning seen in the Sierra Valley Gardens aim to raise the lifestyle of homeowners. Meanwhile, the well-rounded amenities of Amisa Private Residences, SYNC, and Radiance Manila Bay, seek to let residents live a well-balanced life allowing them to achieve both personal and professional goals.
