Century Properties Group (CPG) has completed the development of the six-hectare Azure Urban Resort Residences with the inauguration of its final residential tower, the Bahamas, 10 years since it was launched in 2010.
CPG becomes the first and only developer in the country to have nine residential buildings in one property and Azue Urban Resort Residdences the only one in the world to have a man-made beach dotting the development in its scale.

The Azure towers were named after world-famous beach destinations such as Rio, Santorini, St. Tropez, Positano, Miami, Maui, Maldives, Boracay, and Bahamas.

Its central amenity, the bean-shaped Paris Beach Club, was personally designed by Paris Hilton and houses as a café, dining area, function room, game room, movie room, a spa, and a gym.
Aside from the man-made beach and wave pool, the development also has two lagoon pools, a lap pool, children’s water play area, beach volleyball area, basketball court, and pocket gardens.
