Ayala Land and BPI, leaders in the field of property development and banking, have come together to launch a webinar series entitled: Investing for a Lifetime, Real Estate in the New Normal.
The first of the series was held on August 8 and featured seasoned subject matter experts from Avida Land and BPI Family.
Ed Del Valle, business unit head of Avida Land discussed the advantages of investing in real estate considering the effects of the global pandemic while Dennis Fronda, head of BPI Family’s retail lending group talked about financing options to facilitate homeownership during these times.
Recognizing the need to promote the importance of making sensible investments amidst changing and even challenging times, the virtual talks aim to impart valuable information in the fields of financial planning, property investment, and home financing.
Sharing his thoughts on the webinar series, Ayala Land president and chief executive officer (CEO) Bobby Dy said, “Our joint initiative is a testament to our shared vision and commitment to our customers, and that is to deliver products and services that enable Filipinos to achieve their goals for themselves and their families. Despite the currently challenging environment, we continue to focus our efforts on providing Filipinos with diverse residential options that cater to their needs, within sustainable communities that will thrive and grow in value over time.”
BPI president and CEO Bong Consing likewise expressed how BPI’s vision has become the backdrop for the collaboration with Ayala Land.
“BPI’s vision of building a better Philippines is expressed every time we offer financial advice, or execute financial transactions, or finance dreams. Affording Filipinos the ability to have a place of their own, to raise their families, or as an investment in the future, is one of the most meaningful ways by which we express our vision. In this spirit, we are delighted to partner with Ayala Land, by many measures the country’s leading real estate developer, in this initiative to encourage investing in real estate, one of the most resilient asset classes through both good and bad times,” Consing said
Close to 2,000 attendees joined the webinar which reflects the public’s accelerated interest in learning about possible investment offerings amidst the challenging environment.
Upcoming webinars include a webinar presented by Ayala Land Premier featuring a wealth management expert, and pocket webinars featuring Ayala Land estates, among others.
