PUEBLO DE ORO Development Corp. (PDO) has launched its newest residential project, Pueblo de Oro Westwoods Heights, in Batangas City.
Building on its successful developments in Sto. Tomas, Malvar, and Lipa City, Pueblo de Oro Westwoods Heights is set to become the preferred address in Batangas City, the company said in a project brief sent to media.
PDO said Pueblo de Oro Westwoods Heights, located in Barangay Tinga Itaas, Batangas City, enjoys a prime location on the Southern Tagalog Arterial Road (STAR) Tollway, just 2.7 kilometers from Jose P. Laurel Highway—the main thoroughfare connecting Batangas City to key urban centers such as Lipa City, Tanauan City, and Sto. Tomas.
With direct access to Metro Manila via the STAR Tollway and readily available public transportation, Pueblo de Oro Westwoods Heights offers seamless connectivity and convenience, PDO said.
The opening of the future Tinga Itaas Exit is expected to reduce travel time to and from the STAR Tollway to barangays such as Tinga Itaas, from over 20 minutes to just five minutes, enhancing convenience for residents, and is anticipated to significantly improve travel efficiency from Manila via a more direct route to key areas in Batangas City.
PDO said Pueblo de Oro Westwoods Heights is a low-density residential project where up to 40 percent of the developable area is dedicated to open spaces, including pocket parks and roads.
The project spans 13 hectares and features a variety of product types, including distinct house designs and hillside lots that capitalize on the scenic views and topography.
These consist of 548 units, with 475 house and lot units and 73 open lots, with lot areas of 88 square meters and bigger, the company said.
PDO said these homes are built with a focus on flexibility and customization. Classic and Premium homes will be available to meet diverse preferences, with pricing starting at P4.8 million.
