Emerging business-lifestyle hotel Privato is addressing the needs of business travelers and even casual staycationers in Metro Manila’s key commercial districts.
The five-year old hotel chain Privato is quickly expanding.
From its first location in Ortigas across Capitol Commons, Privato Hotel has opened in Quezon City, and soon in Makati.
Led by founder and president 31-year old Gab Perez who oversaw the construction of two Privato hotels from the ground up, the Privato Group acquired from the Max’s Group a property in Quezon City, formerly the Meranti.
Designed by the renowned firm of Budji Layug and Royal Pineda, and featuring furniture by Kenneth Cobonpue, the space has Privato’s streamlined aesthetic.
The group took over operations last June , roughly six months after the talks started.
Perez has tapped Casas+Architects, Jose Aliling Construction Management and Enderun Hotels for the design, construction management and day-to-day operations of the hotels.
Privato hotels are centrally located in the metro’s business districts.
The Ortigas branch of Privato for example is strategically located across Capitol Commons and the Ortigas central business district. In Quezon City, Privato can be found in Tomas Morato, minutes away from the city’s major landmarks.
The Makati branch is set to open in San Antonio this quarter.
Every Privato branch offers free Wi-Fi for guests. There are private function rooms for business as well leisure amenities like in-room massage services, workout facilities, swimming pools, lounges, and restaurants.
