In their first year expanding to the Asia-Pacific region, PIK, Russia and Europe’s largest technology and homebuilding company, has been recognized as the Breakthrough Developer at the latest PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards.
PIK was awarded for bringing its expertise in advancing real estate with technology to the country, and was particularly recognized for its excellent image, track record, innovation, major achievements, and quality of projects.
The Breakthrough Developer award is one of the biggest awards of the night, highlighting how PIK has laid out a strong foundation for the future of their investments here in the Philippines.
One Sierra, PIK’s first investment in the country, was officially launched in March of this year.
The residential project was also highly commended in the category for Best Upper Mid End Condo Development (Metro Manila).
At the recently held virtual gala event, PIK also received a special recognition award for their Environmental and Social Governance — an award honoring real estate developers who are committed to their pursuit to be socially and environmentally responsible.m
