PHirst Park Homes Inc. (PPHI), the first home buyer brand of Century Properties Group and Mitsubishi Corp., will hold on June 20 its first digital project launch, its sixth horizontal community project in Nasugbu, Batangas
The new PPHI community in Batangas is located 1.5 hours from Manila, 15 minutes from Tagaytay’s city center and 42 minutes ahead of the beaches of Nasugbu. Aside from its naturally cooler weather, fresh air, and scenic environment, the property offers PPHI’s signature 4Cs: complete and well-provisioned homes with a perimeter fence and gate, ocnceptive amenities including an outdoor cinema, connected living through WiFi zones and a shuttle service, and a convenient and simplified selling and buying experience.
Ahead of Batulao, PHirst Park Homes has launched five projects that covers a total of 91 hectares and 8,799 units valued at Php14.4 billion. They are the 26-hectare PHirst Park Homes Tanza (Cavite), the 20-hectare PHirst Park Homes Lipa (Batangas), the 18-hectare PHirst Park Homes San Pablo (Laguna); 11-hectare PHirst Park Homes Pandi (Bulacan); and 9-hectare PHirst Park Homes Calamba (Laguna).
Developments and construction in all PPHI projects have resumed in May after complying with all government protocols.
The launch will be led by PHirst Park Homes new brand ambassador, artist Robi Domingo.
