PHINMA Properties is set to launch new horizontal projects in 2022 that are situated in emerging cities beyond central business districts, hence fulfilling shifting demand trends driven by the pandemic.

These include Phinma Maayo San Jose (Batangas) and Phinma Maayo Tugbok (Davao).

Last March 19, PHINMA Properties unveiled its first horizontal residential project in Batangas, PHINMA Maayo San Jose, a unique Filipino community inspired by the province’s rich culture and diverse lifestyle.

With PHINMA Maayo San Jose, local Batangueños will have an excellent reason to stay closer to their loved ones while those people living outside Batangas who always visit for vacations could finally own a home near their favorite getaways.

Overseas Filipinos can invest their hard-earned money in a home that is made with the needs of their family in mind.

The development is masterplanned to the smallest detail. Boasting 48 percent open space, the development has its own jogging path, garden, park, kids’ playground, separate adults’ and kids’ swimming pools, and an outdoor lounge. PHINMA Maayo San Jose has various function rooms, conference rooms, a kids’ play area, fitness studio, gym, and a basketball court.

PHINMA Maayo San Jose has three types of homes each catering to every Filipino family’s needs: the Rosario Townhouse, 50 square meters (sq.m.); the Salva Townhouse, 80 sq.m. and; the Trinidad Single Attached House, 125 sq.m.

To ensure safety and security, the community has RFID access on the entrance gates, CCTV surveillance, and 24-hour roving security.

PHINMA Maayo San Jose also has sustainable features. Each home comes with a rain water collection system which will help residents save on water bills because it can be used for cleaning or watering plants. It also comes with solar panels for better energy efficiency and lower electricity bills. The community will also have its own materials recovery facility for single-stream recycled materials.
