PH1 World Developers (PH1), the real estate arm of Megawide, recorded revenue of P377 million in the first nine months of the year, a 933-percent increase from P36.5 million last year.
The company said PH1 and contributed 2 percent to consolidated revenues of Megawide.
The company said revenues came from ongoing projects My Enso Lofts, The Hive, Modan Lofts, One Lancaster Park, and Northscapes San Jose del Monte, Bulacan.
As of end-September, total reservation sales booked by PH1 reached P11.8 billion.
PH1 said these are expected to translate to revenues over the next two years as construction progress on these projects accelerate.
In addition, unsold inventory worth P11 billion will provide a healthy stock of future sales and revenue.
The amount excludes those to be generated by projects to be launched early next year.
