Ovialand was recognized for significantly contributing to Pag-IBIG Fund’s efforts of providing every Filipino worker the opportunity to own a home.
This is the fourth consecutive year that Ovialand was named as one of the Pag-IBIG Fund Accredited Developers in the country, having bagged similar recognitions since 2019.
“We feel honored to be recognized as one of the top housing developers in the country. This award is a product of our partnership with Pag-IBIG in making the dream of homeownership to be a possibility for more Filipinos,” Pammy Olivares-Vital, president and chief executive officer, said.
“Since 2017, Ovialand has given clients the best value for their hard-earned money when it comes to purchasing houses. The impact of homeownership spans beyond just shelter because it includes aspiration and hope for a better future,’ Olivares-Vital said.
This 2023, Ovialand is marking a new chapter in its history by announcing expansion plans.
The company plans to raise as much as P2 billion through an initial public offering (IPO).
The proceeds from the offering will be used for initiatives such as building more homes in areas such as Laguna, Batangas, Quezon, and Bulacan.
Ovialand continues to see growing demand from Filipinos for quality homes at an accessible price point. This is reflected in the company’s 2022 net profit growing by 37 percent on a year-over-year basis to P227 million.
