PHINMA Properties envisions its newest township, Saludad, a P12-billion, 21-hectare development in Bacolod City, as a catalyst for local economic growth.
Launched on October 19, Saludad exemplifies the PHINMA Group’s commitment to making lives better by creating sustainable communities and spurring regional development.
Saludad comprises integrated components that meet the evolving needs of the city and its residents. These components are a business district, retail areas, hospitality and education centers, residential lots, and mid-rise condominiums.

Building on Bacolod’s emerging economic prominence and key infrastructure developments, Saludad will have a business district that offers commercial opportunities for local entrepreneurs and professionals.
Saludad will also feature essential services from the PHINMA Group: accessible, quality learning right within the township from PHINMA Education and hotel and event spaces from PHINMA Hospitality that showcase the city’s signature warmth and charm.
Saludad’s town center also has a curated selection of dining, shopping, and entertainment choices for residents and visitors alike. The township likewise features residential enclaves that are more than just living spaces: its offerings include residential lots and medium-rise condominiums.
The event also marked the unveiling of Likha Estates, a meticulously planned residential community inside Saludad which features modern living spaces, upscale amenities, and green spaces that seamlessly blend a life of class and convenience.
For this project, PHINMA Properties has partnered with JEPP Real Estate Co of the Jacinto, Echaus, and Puentevella families.
Ramon del Rosario Jr., PHINMA Corp. chairman and chief executive officer, said Saludad township will provide Bacolodnons and other locals more opportunities to improve their lives while finding their own community in the development.
“This certainly inspires the Group to harness our businesses’ strengths and ramp up investments to boost development in our regions and impact more lives. By building sustainable communities, we reaffirm our commitment to nation-building,” Del Rosario added.
