Ovialand Inc. has found its foothold in the southeast segment of Southern Luzon from Sto. Tomas, Batangas down to Candelaria, Quezon
Its most recent masterplanned community, Caliya, in Candelaria started turnover of units this month while the second stage will be launched in February.
Located in Barangay Masin Norte, Caliya offers two-story townhouses with three bedrooms, a living room, dining area, kitchen, toilet and bath and carport.
The development is equipped with amenities that make each day an extended vacation: a clubhouse, swimming pool, basketball court and playground.
This latest project follows the success of Terrazza de Sto. Tomas in Sto. Tomas, Batangas and Sannera, a lush neighborhood in San Pablo, Laguna, followed.
