Ridgewood Premier Hotel is eagerly anticipating the continued rise in the number of events being held at Bonifacio Global City (BGC).
With the projected uptick of events starting next year, Ridgewood Premier Hotel is optimistic it will meet its occupancy targets.
The condotel is on track to start commercial operations by the last quarter of 2023 – when more meetings, incentives , conferences and exhibitions or MICE programs are set to open into high gear.
Marc Ngo, chief operating officer of Novel Residential Concepts Inc. and of Ridgewood Premier Hotel, advised savvy businessmen and investors to grab the income opportunity of the condotel project as a few units are still available.
The condotel is now more than 80 percent sold.
Ngo said Ridgewood Premier Hotel offers investors a guaranteed 6 percent return per annum (p.a.). Investors can also earn up to 6 percent bonus p.a. depending on hotel occupancy.
“Now is the best time to avail the last remaining units, Ngo said.
He added: “Events are already being brought back – slowly at first, but we expect the full return of major events by next year. Already, Metro Manila is now staging big concerts and hosting international expos and conventions. In addition, many companies are now bringing back their annual sales conventions, awards programs, and conferences. As a result, we expect demand for affordable hotel rooms to explode by next year.”
BGC is already getting rave reviews as the country’s most modern business district. Major hotels are reportedly booking reservations already for big events next year.
Venues like SMX Convention Center in SM Aura, Samsung Hall also in SM Aura, BGC Amphitheater in Bonifacio High Street, and Maybank Performing Arts Theater are also anticipating the return of many major performances and events.
Since Ridgewood Premier Hotel is strategically located just across SM Aura and BGC, Ngo said event organizers and corporate offices can get affordable rooms virtually next door to their events.
“Major MICE gatherings that will span a few days will attract hundreds or thousands of attendees from all over, many of whom will require a nearby place to stay. Hotel venues will be hard-pressed to provide for everybody. In addition, organizing staff, suppliers, and late registrants will need rooms too,” Ngo added.
According to Ngo, Ridgewood Premier Hotel can fill in the demand being minutes away from the major hotel venues.
