LIMA Tower One, a BERDE 5-Star certified building of the Philippine Green Building Council in Batangas, was recently awarded the WELL v2 Core Gold Certification by the International WELL Building Institute. It is the first Gold-certified development in the Philippines under Version 2 and only the second certified project nationwide.
