The Outlets at Lipa, Batangas’ first and largest outdoor lifestyle mall, is officially rebranding as The Outlets @LIMA Estate to highlight its role as an integral part of LIMA Estate’s business and lifestyle ecosystem, Aboitiz InfraCapital Economic Estates said.

In a statement on Wednesday, Aboitiz InfraCapital Economic Estates said the rebranding aligns with LIMA Estate’s vision of a fully integrated, future-ready destination where industrial, commercial, residential, and lifestyle components work together to create a well-connected, self-sustaining community.

It said as LIMA Estate expands its Biz Hub, Batangas’ first masterplanned business district, The Outlets @LIMA Estate is also enhancing its retail, dining, and leisure offerings to better serve the growing workforce, nearby residents, and visitors.

The Outlets @LIMA Estate is located at LIMA Estate’s Biz Hub near LIMA Tower One, Batangas’ first PEZA-registered office building, and Holiday Inn Batangas, the province’s only 4-star international hotel.

“As LIMA Estate continues to grow, we are elevating the experiences of our locators, employees, residents, and visitors through integrated and future-ready lifestyle developments. The rebranding of The Outlets @LIMA Estate reinforces our commitment to a seamless live-work-play environment, further strengthening LIMA Estate’s position as the region’s premier business and lifestyle destination,” said Clifford Academia, vice president for Operations of Aboitiz InfraCapital Economic Estates.
