Construction of Sugi building, the first tower of DMCI Homes’ Kai Garden Residences condominium development on M. Vicente street, Mandaluyong City, is past the halfway mark and remains on track for turnover starting January 2023.
As of August 2021, Sugi building which has 39 residential levels and four basement parking is 59.51 percent complete. The building reached its full height last June 4, 2021.
Kai Garden Residences’ second building Icho, is 39.49 percent complete. Twenty nine floors of the tower have been constructed as of August. The building, which has 41-residential floors and four basement parking levels, is scheduled for turnover in January 2024.
Construction on the third building, Hinoki, likewise is progressing well, putting it on track for turnover from June 2024 to January 2025. As of August 2021, Hinoki, which has 41 residential levels and four basement parking levels, is 14.70 percent complete with structural works being done at the 7th floor of the structure.
All three buildings of the Japanese architecture-inspired condominium project offer a mix of one- and thre -bedroom units ranging from 24 square meters (sq.m) to 81.5 sq.m. The units, with a starting price of P5.006 million, include living and dining areas, kitchen, toilet and balcony.
All of Kai Garden Residences’ three towers–Sugi, Icho and Hinoki–will bear DMCI Homes’ healthy building design to further promote the health and well-being of residents. This green building design called Lumiventt Design Technology allows sunlight and cross ventilation inside condominium units to improve indoor air quality and reduce risks posed by trapped or stale air like asthma and allergies.
