(JLL Philippines) has obtained the ISO 41001:2018 certificate in Facilities Management from the BQSR Certifications, Inc., globally recognized ISO Certification body accredited by International Accreditation Service (IAS) USA, a member of International Accreditation Forum (IAF).

“Our roadmap for certification spanned 32 weeks. The journey to receiving it began in October 2021, but pre- works were done as early as August 2021,” said Rio Mendones, group account manager of JLL Philippines’ Wok Dynamics team and ISO Manager for JLL Philippines.

Pre-work included creating a core team to ensure that standards are in place to achieve the certification.

“The process that followed was to coordinate with sites to improve and align our process from development to implementation with the standards for ISO,” said Mendones. “The process implementation happened in a number of sites that we manage, and the audit happened in the main office.”
