Greenfield Development Corp.‘s GDC), flagship mixed-use developments, Greenfield City and Greenfield District are seen to further gain the interest of more buyers and investors with big -ticket infrastructure developments, according to Duane A.X. Santos, executive vice president and general manager of GDC.

These infrastructure projects include the now operating Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAX); North Luzon Expressway (NLEX)-South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) Connector Road; and Sta. Monica-Lawton Bridge or the Kalayaan Bridge.

The partially operational CALAX cuts travel time between Manila—Cavite Expressway and SLEX to approximately 45 minutes from 90 minutes. NLEX-SLEX Connector Road reduces travel time between the two expressways to 20 minutes.

These developments add to the appeal of the 400-hectare Greenfield City, a commercial and residential metropolis whose unique value proposition is that it is the first City within the park.

Greenfield City is home to four residential communities– namely Trava, Solen Residences, Pramana, and Zadia– as well as three commercial centers; Laguna Central, Arcadia and Paseo Outlets, 2 business districts; Sta. Rosa Business Parks 1 and 2, and one industrial park; Greenfield Autopark.

GDC’s Greenfield District, a 15-hectare, eco-friendly urban development in Mandaluyong’s central business district is made more accessible by the 613-meter two-way Kalayaan Bridge, which has reinforced the future-ready Greenfield District’s pledge of a “smart and connected.”

The District is home to modern high-rise buildings such as the Twin Oaks Place and Zitan Condominiums and is renowned for its green open spaces and pedestrian-oriented neighborhood.
