Royal Pineda, chairman of BUDJI+ROYAL Architecture+Design, had been contracted to design a house at The Enclave.
“We were really fascinated by the location (of The Enclave) with its natural stone and its expansive view of the area of the south. We were so inspired in designing it. The nature of the place is quite interesting and we were able to resonate its elements in our architecture,” Pineda said.
The Townscapes Malvar is a project of Pueblo de Oro Development Corp., the property development arm of the ICCP Group.
