Haus Talk Inc. expects to generate P325 million from its 50 Jocson Residences project in Barangay Loyola Heights, Quezon City.
The company, a developer of economic and socialized housing in the country, said it will build seven of these “high-end residential units” with an average lot area of 217 square meters (sq.m.) and an average floor area of 286 sq.m. per unit.
“The 50 Jocson Residences is located in the heart of the Katipunan area in Quezon City, fronting premiere schools Ateneo De Manila University and Miriam College. This prime location is also very proximate to the University of the Philippines, the Ayala UP Town Center and other malls and major commercial establishments,” the company said.
“As a high-end project, the 50 Jocson Residences is targeting the upper-class market,” it added.
Haus Talk said it expects to net P108 million out of the P325-million project.
