Greenfield Development Corp. is expanding its residential portfolio from Metro Manila to the South, as it aims to diversify the premium residential concepts at Greenfield City — its 400-hectare master-plan community in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
Greenfield’s wholly owned subsidiary, Equus Property Venture Inc. has spearheaded the development of the landmark midrise condominium project in Greenfield City named Zadia
Zadia follows Greenfield City’s “city within a park” hallmark, with its idyllic suburban environment where families get to appreciate both indoors and outdoors surrounded by nature-rich facets.
“Our master-planned cities are built to be self-sustaining, with lifestyle and business centers near and inside the developments. Greenfield City is complete with amenities, pocket parks, dining and shopping strips. We make sure to be cognizant with what the market needs, now and in the future. Hence, Zadia like all our other developments is guided by the principle, ‘building for generations’,” said Duane Santos, executive vice president and general manager of Greenfield.
The 3.6-hectare Zadia boasts of a “greenspiration” lifestyle. It consists of five towers, assuring spacious and private living. Common areas include clubhouse, basketball court, tennis court, and swimming pool.
Each studio unit is equipped with a balcony.
With its location inside Greenfield City, within easy reach from Zadia are several lifestyle malls namely Paseo de Sta. Rosa, Laguna Central, and Arcadia. These feature international outlet shops, restaurants, and more verdant open spaces. From Metro Manila and other areas in the South, the vertical development is easily accessible via South Luzon Expressway through the Eton-Greenfield City, Greenfield City-Unilab (Mamplasan) and Sta. Rosa interchanges, as well as through the Sta. Rosa-Tagaytay Road and the upcoming Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAX).
“With most of Greenfield’s condo properties located at Greenfield District in Mandaluyong City, the addition of Zadia expands options for discerning homebuyers especially for those seeking a suburban home in the South. Homebuyers accustomed to the quality and ‘park city lifestyle’ that Greenfield condo properties are known for can now find this at Sta. Rosa, Laguna,” said Santos.
Greenfield’s other condominium developments are located in the 15-hectare Greenfield District in Mandaluyong. These are the Twin Oaks Place, touted as the Philippines’ first future-ready home and the transit-oriented Zitan.
