Federal Land Inc. ties back its own roots to the place where it started, Binondo, with its riverfront development, Four Season Riviera.

Federal Land’s newest venture is a four-tower residential property on a 7,350-square meter land on Muelle dela Industria street that stands alongside a collection of structures from the 1900s while being easily accessible to more modern parts of the metro.

With its strategic location, the development provides unobstructed views of the city and Manila Bay.

Towering at 35 floors, the property’s third tower, Peony, is aptly named after its reputation as “king of the flowers” and the Asian symbolism for wealth and honor.

Peony is impressive on the outside as it is on the inside. The interior design mirrors Filipino-Chinese details in specially designed furniture and installation details.

Upon completion, all four towers of Four Season Riviera will share a common podium, giving residents access to the host of amenities in each building.

Peony is a low density residential tower offering 168 units in one- bedroom, two- bedroom, three- bedroom and four- bedroom variations. Peony features open spaces and amenities including a Tai Chi area, outdoor recreation, gazebos, lap pool, children’s pool, game rooms, and gym.

Four Season Riviera is masterfully planned with efficiency, convenience, as well as safety and security features.

The development is walking distance to a number of popular malls, schools and establishments like Lucky Chinatown Mall, the University Belt and Metrobank Tytana Plaza as well as historic temples and religious structures like the Binondo Church.
