Trava, the flagship residential development under the Greenfield Development Corp.’s (GDC) Greenfield Deluxe, unveiled its clubhouse on May 17 with a Thanksgiving celebration.
GDC said in a statement the event gave guests and residents an exclusive look into the future of upscale living in Sta. Rosa, Laguna. Duane A.X. Santos, GDC president, said Trava’s new clubhouse has a fully equipped fitness center, a game room for both kids and adults, a spacious social hall for hosting gatherings and events and multi-purpose function rooms for meetings, workshops, or private celebrations.
Outdoors, the clubhouse extends into the swimming pool, the basketball and tennis courts, walking trails and seating areas.
This state-of-the-art clubhouse was the vision of National Artist for Architecture Leandro V. Locsin and partners.
In line with its sustainability promise, Trava has solar-powered areas that help reduce energy consumption.
